 ***For schools in remote areas only ordering a few items, we may be able to offer a smaller delivery fee. Please discuss this with us before finalising your order. We want as many students receiving memorable keepsakes as possible so will do our best to keep this as cost effective for you as we can.

*** Please use the correct shipping options during checkout for personal purchases and quantity ordered to avoid delays in processing of your order. Items ordered from the School ordering area or with School or incorrect shipping rates will not be processed until rectified.

 

DELIVERY

For Schools -

We are located in Melbourne.

This year we offer a range of delivery timeframes to cater for your school and your needs. Choose to dispatch upon cleared payment, late October, Early-Mid November or Mid-Late November. We understand some schools don't have as much storage space so hope these options help make your Graduation planning easier.

Should your school have a delivery date requirement outside of these timeframes please contact us to arrange a suitable delivery to suit your needs.

 

For Personal Orders - 

We receive the bulk of our product stock by the end of Term 3 each year, ready for Term 4 Graduation celebrations. Should you require your items prior to Term 4 please check with us before ordering. When products are in stock, we will ship straight away. Where we are awaiting our new stock arrivals, we will confirm with you by email after you have placed your order when your order will be on it's way to you.

 

CANCELLATION

The Graduation Emporium appreciates notification as soon as possible should you choose to not proceed with your order.

If your order is yet to be dispatched we will arrange a refund or credit. Orders that are packed ready for delivery may incur a small administration fee to cover costs associated with preparing and packing of your order.

If your order has already been posted, you will need to return the order. A 20% handling fee as well as original posting costs incurred (not neccesarily charged) will be deducted from the refund amount for returns.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have purchased please contact us using the Contact Us page on our website. Depending on the circumstances, we will discuss options available to you.

Depending on the reason for the return you may be offered an exchange or refund.

Returns are subject to 20% handling fee as well as original postage costs. All items returned must be in original condition and suitable for resale at the schools / your expense.

Faulty items will be replaced by The Graduation Emporium, schools may need to return items to qualify for replacement. Simply changing your mind is not an acceptable reason for a return and this will be declined.

 

We can send samples of instock items prior to placing a larger order at a school's request.
